Dr. Prabha Thoudam is a distinguished academic professional with over 20 years of post-Ph.D. experience in teaching, research, and academic administration. She has a robust foundation in Quality Assurance and Institutional Accreditation, actively engaging with prestigious agencies such as NAAC (India), NBA (India), OAAA (Oman), AACSB, IACBE, and QS Star/Ranking. Her extensive career spans across India, Oman, and Afghanistan, where she has held high-ranking positions, including Vice Chancellor, Dean, and Professor.

Dr. Thoudam began her academic journey as a lecturer, gradually ascending to prominent roles through her dedication and expertise. Her teaching portfolio is diverse, encompassing subjects like Entrepreneurship, General Management, Human Resource Management, Financial Management, and Strategic Management at both undergraduate and postgraduate levels. Her versatility in teaching is complemented by her administrative prowess, honed through roles such as Senior Faculty of Business and Academic Head of the Students Affairs Department in Oman and Academic Advisor of the Department of Management in Afghanistan.

Her commitment to academic excellence is evidenced by her active involvement in accreditation processes and consultancy services. She has served on accreditation teams and provided consultancy to government initiatives and businesses, showcasing her dedication to quality assurance and practical application of her expertise. Her leadership extends to faculty development, organizing and participating in numerous development programs, conferences, and workshops globally. She has chaired sessions, presented papers, and engaged in high-level academic discussions, fostering a culture of knowledge sharing and continuous improvement.

A prolific researcher, Dr. Thoudam has 24 publications, including articles in renowned international journals indexed in Web of Science and Scopus. Her research has significantly advanced knowledge in areas such as venture capital, banking sector reforms, and the socio-economic challenges faced by expatriates. She has been instrumental in transforming the lives of emerging scholars through doctoral supervision and mentorship, guiding complex research projects that have garnered acclaim in the academic community.

Her accomplishments have been recognized with prestigious awards, including the Lifetime Achievement Award in Research and the Prof. P. N. Singh Second Best Research Paper Award. She holds a Ph.D. in Commerce & Management, a Master of Commerce specializing in Entrepreneurship Development & Human Resource Management, a Bachelor of Commerce, an Executive MBA in HRM, and a Master’s in Artificial Intelligence for Engineers. These qualifications underscore her interdisciplinary approach and continuous pursuit of knowledge.

Dr. Thoudam's professional affiliations are extensive, including roles such as Vice President of the Board of Management at Jayoti Vidyapeeth Women’s University in Jaipur, India, and life memberships in various national associations.
