International Women's Day is a global day celebrating the social, economic, cultural and political achievements of women. Marked annually on March 8th, International Women's Day (IWD) is one of the most important days of the year to celebrate women in all her achievements and success. Empowerment of women is imperative for the holistic development of any society. It strengthens the quality and enhances the quantity of the Human Resources obtainable. It is essential to the health and social development of families, communities and countries. When women are living safe, fulfilled and productive lives, they can reach their full potential contributing their skills to the workforce and can raise happier and healthier children

On this occasion, Firebird is happy to showcase Women achievers through Virtual meet empowered through promoting sense of self-worth, their ability to determine their own choices, and their right to influence social change for themselves and others.

Sakthi Sanskriti means the Ultimate power of Devi, the Goddess. The Heavens cannot sustain creation without her. The concept of Ardhnarishver- Shiva and Shakti, together benignly ruling the cosmos is unique to our culture. Women were always seen in the image of the goddess. Of course, the goddess is still revered as the Mother Goddess, but people seem to have forgotten her human form. A salute to the Feminine I –Shakti –the many roles and indispensable contribution of women on Planet Earth! Let us also salute the compassionate, loving, kind, forgiving, healing and nurturing aspects of all women.

Shilpi Mohan

Shilpi Mohan is a transformational fitness coach and speaker, who has more than 10 years of experience in the world of fitness. A housewife who was once diagnosed with high blood pressure and was struggling with obesity and was advised by doctor to change her lifestyle as her health was deteriorating.

Shilpi is a real story of transformation. She decided to take control of her life at the age of 35 and hit the gym to stay fit. Today she runs her own brand by the name of ‘STRONGNFIT’. She has trained more then 500+ women and has made difference to their fitness and health. She is regarded as a role model at age of 50 by women who are in their 20s. Besides she also conducts corporate sessions on fitness and motivational speaking. It is real life story of a normal woman who is today an inspiration to many. She is ready to give the message “That her story, can be your story”.

She held several key positions and handled several high value transactions ● After years of corporate life, quit a successful career to follow her passion for fitness and took a fresh start as a professional fitness trainer and consultant ● Chadar trek is considered one of the difficult treks.

During this trek in 2018 she accidentally broke her wrist on the second day and yet nothing could stop her from completing the trek at freezing temperature of -35 degrees at 11000 ft covering a distance of 70 kms in six days ● Scaled two out of the seven highest peaks on seven continents amidst Covid scare
