Being a third generation entrepreneur Mr. Harsha, saw an opportunity in expanding his family business and diversifying from the existing projects. He discussed his educational background and how it has influenced him in his journey. He deliberated the challenges, and lessons learned along the way. During his talk, Mr. Harsha discussed the importance of good communication. “Good communicators climb the organizational ladder much quicker. So practice”, he said. Mr.Harsha, asked the students to try new things and stretch out from comfort zone. “Learn to work with people who think differently from you – diversity will give best business result”, he emphasized. He guided the students to pick up knowledge quicker, ask questions and learn faster when managing people who have more domain knowledge than them. Finally, CEO talk series ended with an interactive Q & A session. Mr.Sikinder Basha represented Yi and was present for the CEO talk series.

The talk was a valuable addition to the ongoing discourse on entrepreneurship success. It provided a comprehensive understanding of the challenges of a family run business, while also highlighting the key skills and mindsets required for entrepreneurial success.
