Firebird Institute of Research in Management has invited Prof.Rajeshwar Rao, Founding CO-Partner, UNMITI Consultancy Services LLP, and a Senior Corporate Professional with 31 years of experience in the progressive management of global technology and business organizations at the CXO level. He is a Multidimensional Leadership Trainer, CXO-level Mentor, and Coach. Prof. Rao has served Infosys for 14 years and has been a member of the core Management team of the FS Vertical since its inception. In his Morning session, he delivered a lecture on “Creative Thinking and Problem solving” where he explained the ABCs of innovation and creativity, the key drivers of innovation, and quoted the cases of companies who lost their market due to lack of innovation. The evening session was an interactive one by sharing his experience in Infosys with Dr.Srinivasa Rao, Director, Firebird Institute of Research in Management and he concluded the session by answering the queries of students.
