“As a part of the CEO Talk series, Mr. K. Srinivas Rao, CEO and Coach of Indian Manufacturing Academy (P) Ltd., delivered an inspirational talk.The eminent speaker has vast industry experience. Before his entrepreneurial journey at Indian Manufacturing Academy (P) Ltd., he served as Vice President at Rane Brake Lining Ltd.

For 12 years and as Executive Director at Elgi Equipments Ltd., Coimbatore, for 6 years. His academic credentials include a B.Com. from Osmania University, an MBA from the Open University Business School of the UK, and an ACMA from the Institute of Cost and Management Accountants of India. He is also certified as a CEO Coach by the Coaching Foundation of India (CFI). He spoke on the topic “”Learning agility”” highlighting five key parameters: self-awareness, mental agility, people agility, change agility, and results agility, which encouraged the student community to think outside the box and relate it to their career goals. The session included an activity for the students and faculty members to reflect on their plans for innovation, performance, reflection, risk-taking, and tips for handling feedback without defending the opponent. Students were able to realise the importance of being agile. The interactive session inspired the students to come up with more questions for interaction.
