As a part of the CEO Talk series, Mrs. Priya Senthil, Founder and Director, RP Foundation, Coimbatore, delivered a motivating talk. The eminent speaker is a certified leadership coach certified by the Coaching Foundation of India (CFI), a self-confidence coach, and a well-established entrepreneur with more than 16 years of experience in the field of life skill training and personality development training. She is a certified soft skill trainer and a specialist in communication and behaviour training. Our speaker is also the founder and managing director of 522 Personality Development Academy, which aims to train college students in communication skills and attitude building.

She spoke on the topic “Unlock your potential,” highlighting the importance of self-confidence. She emphasised that confidence cannot be expressed in a statement; it’s expressed through action and positive body language. She insisted on building the right attitude to share positive energy with others. A smile, enthusiasm, and positive energy facilitate a person’s ability to create soulful relationships. She made the students realise that their potential could be unlocked only by themselves. She also made students think and answer, ‘What quality in a person makes them think they are confident people?” The session was interactive, emphasising that body language is the key to making a person feel confident and also to building confidence in others. The interactive session encouraged the students to come up with more questions for interaction and know the techniques to be confident, build attitude, overcome procrastinating behaviour, and always be assertive.
