The Five-Day Workshop on Graduate Attributes and Career Development was inaugurated on 8th September 2025 at the Firebird Institute of Research in Management, Coimbatore, marking a significant initiative to empower students with employability, leadership, and holistic development skills. The inaugural session, held between 9:00 AM and 10:00 AM, saw the enthusiastic participation of Batch 8 and Batch 9 students.

The program began with an inspiring address by Dr. P. Srinivasa Rao, Director of Firebird Institute, who emphasized the importance of graduate attributes in bridging academic learning with industry expectations. Prof. Shiny, Head of Placements, introduced the team of trainers who will be guiding students throughout the five-day workshop. A motivating guest speech by Mr. Abishith Rao, Author and Soft Skills Trainer at ATOM, further encouraged students to focus on adaptability, communication, and continuous learning to build successful careers.

The inaugural session set an energetic tone for the workshop, with students actively engaging and gaining clarity on the objectives and outcomes of the program.
