Inauguration of Five-Day Workshop on Graduate Attributes & Career Development

The Firebird Institute of Research in Management, Coimbatore, inaugurated a Five-Day Workshop on Graduate Attributes and Career Development on 8th September 2025, marking a key initiative to enhance student employability, leadership, and holistic development.

The inaugural session, held from 9:00 AM to 10:00 AM, saw active participation from Batch 8 and Batch 9 students. The program began with an inspiring address by Dr. P. Srinivasa Rao, Director of Firebird, who emphasized the importance of graduate attributes in bridging academic learning with industry needs.

Prof. Shiny, Head of Placements, introduced the team of trainers who will guide students through the five-day program. The session was further enriched by a motivating guest speech from Mr. Abishith Rao, Author and Soft Skills Trainer at ATOM, who encouraged students to focus on adaptability, communication, and lifelong learning.

The inauguration set an energetic tone for the workshop, with students gaining clarity on its objectives and outcomes. The institute extends gratitude to the Director, trainers, and guest speaker for their valuable contributions, reaffirming Firebird’s commitment to shaping future-ready leaders.
